His expertise includes establishing High-Value Engineering Centres in India and managing technology transitions for global clients. Previously, he worked with Capgemini Engineering (Altran), Datamatics, TAAL Tech India Pvt Ltd, and a US based Environmental and Disaster Recovery & Management company. Sreenivas is passionate about bridging business strategy and technology to drive sustainable growth and client success.
His career has centred on managing high-stakes bidding and market development across international borders, particularly in Europe and North America. He has spearheaded major cross-functional efforts, designing go-to-market strategies for automotive and railway portfolios at global consulting giants, and managing complex, multi-million-dollar public transit and automated fare system bids for US Federal public transit agencies.
Most recently he was managing a leadership role for a US-based environmental and disaster recovery management company where he was responsible for Sales enablement & proposal operations based out of India with expertise in State Departments of Transportation, FEMA-related agencies and major City / County authorities.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, and an MBA specializing in Marketing and Production Operations Management, alongside an APMP certification in bid management. This unique combination helps him view business challenges from multiple angles such as technical feasibility, commercial scalability, and regulatory compliance.
